This feature allows convenient marking of dictation files for better identification, transcription and archiving. The industry-standard .dss file format produces clear recordings while maintaining small file sizes.

Warning tones, LED status indicators for recording, indexing, spoken instructions, special instructions, keywords, priority index and user-defined labels are included. Optional Bar code Scanner Module 9284 clicks on for scanning patient bar codes into the dictation file. The system includes SpeechExec Pro Dictate Software, download cable, batteries and an exchangeable multimedia card that can hold up to seven hours of dictation in long play.
