December 10, 2007 – TomoTherapy announced that it has signed contracts with distributors in Israel, Greece, Poland, Turkey, Russia and the United Arab Emirates to market, sell and service the TomoTherapy Hi-Art treatment system.
The system is an advanced radiation therapy system for the treatment of a wide variety of cancers, combining integrated CT imaging with conformal radiation therapy to deliver radiation treatments with speed and precision while reducing radiation exposure to surrounding healthy tissue. The company completed its initial public offering in May 2007.
