April 21, 2009 – Konica Minolta announced today that for the 15th straight quarter, MD Buyline has named the company the top rated CR vendor in a report based on an end-user satisfaction survey.
Konica Minolta received a composite score above 9.0 with a 9.4 and, in the last two MD Buyline user satisfaction reports, Konica Minolta received the highest score of any vendor in each category.
In the categories system reliability and system performance, Konica Minolta scored a 9.6 and 9.5, respectively. The remaining four categories, installation/implementation, applications training, service response time, and service repair quality all received marks over 9.0 to drive Konica Minolta’s composite score to 9.4, one-tenth of a point higher than last quarter.
