June 20, 2007 - IntraOp Medical Corp., a provider of technology solutions for the treatment and eradication of cancer, recently announced it has delivered the Mobetron system, a mobile electron-beam instrument designed for Intraoperative Electron Radiation Therapy (IOERT), to the Cancer Institute & Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS), Beijing, China.
The Mobetron will form an integral component in the Chinese Government's new initiative to combat lung cancer as well as be used to provide IOERT treatment for a variety of other cancers.
