The solution integrates order entry (CPOE) and order/results management, which includes order tracking. The solution allows creation of radiology specific CPOE templates based on rules defined by the facility, based on guidelines, protocols, CPT codes, reimbursement or other parameters.
The CliniComp EHR suite provides a clinical decision support (CDS) that takes into account the entire patient record and has a user definable rules-driven engine based on any patient data or the absence of data. Ancillaries such as radiology, pharmacy with real-time clinical pharmacy decision support and labs that integrate with CliniComp's CPOE.
