Version three of the software provides greater visibility of subtle lesions and micro-calcifications

November 18, 2014 — ContextVision released GOPView Mammo3, a complete mammography image processing product for both screening and diagnostic imaging.

GOPView Mammo3 provides high transparency of the parenchyma and visibility of subtle lesions and micro-calcifications independent of breast density. This is enabled by the product’s high global and local contrast in combination with intelligent noise suppression.

"As radiologists working at a specialist clinic we need to be able to read mammography images without compromising the accuracy of the diagnosis,” said Jonas Kierkegaard, M.D., and Hans Lundquist, M.D., Bröstcentrum City, Stockholm, Sweden. “The perfect mammogram provides clear micro-calcifications and a transparency of the parenchyma to ensure confidence in finding subtle lesions. A well-balanced, harmonic image helps us in reading mammograms day after day without getting eye fatigue.”

GOPView Mammo3 can be customized according to individual preferences and regional markets.
