The portfolio of solutions is anchored by a cloud-native operating

June 28, 2024 — DeepHealth, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of RadNet, Inc. and global leader in AI-powered radiology and health informatics, is showcasing its integrated portfolio of solutions at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) 2024 Annual Meeting and Informatics TECH Expo (June 27-29th).

DeepHealth’s technology is intended to improve clinical efficiency and performance, from referral and patient scheduling to driving standardized image acquisition, reporting, and follow-up.

The cloud-native DeepHealth Operating System (OS) synthesizes all facets of radiology operations and clinical workflow into a single, integrated platform. This approach customizes workflows tailored to the needs of each user across the care continuum.

“There is great potential for AI beyond clinical use, to help deliver a more seamless experience for patients and everyone involved in the care delivery process. I am encouraged by the prospect of the DeepHealth OS enhancing the efficiency of our staff and clinicians by ensuring that workflow is well-coordinated and that appropriate stakeholders have ready-access to appropriate clinical and patient data,” said Victoria Bedel, Senior Vice President of Operations, RadNet. “Managing operations of over 90 imaging centers in New York City, Long Island, and Rochester (NY), scalability and reliable access to data is critical for our ability to meet the dynamic demands of our patients and referring physicians.”

DeepHealth currently enables the deployment of enterprise imaging through its eRAD Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) capabilities and is introducing the DeepHealth OS that will support the transition of “on-prem” health systems to cloud-native AI-enabled radiology operations. Key elements of DeepHealth’s technology are currently used in over 300 radiology departments and imaging centers in select countries.

“Moving to the cloud is a transformational journey for any health system. At DeepHealth, we have the clinical and operational knowledge to understand our customers’ specific needs and to be their partner on this journey. By leveraging DeepHealth OS, we can help customers streamline workflows, enable better care delivery, and improve both the staff and patient experience,” said Dr. Sham Sokka, Chief Operating and Technology Officer, DeepHealth. “We are delivering our latest technology at scale in a way that is user-friendly and intuitive.”
