July 8, 2008 – Konica Minolta Medical Imaging USA received “Best in KLAS” recognition by KLAS Enterprises LLC, recognizing Konica Minolta’s REGIUS Xpress CR system for its strengths in technology and end-user satisfaction.
Xpress CR received the top score for three of four categories –product/technology indicators, service indicators and success indicators – and tied for first for the fourth category, business indicators. Users gave Konica Minolta high marks for ease of use, easy to interface, speed and reliability. Service and support was also rated excellent.
Konica Minolta’s top rated score was more than four points higher than the average score, and almost two points higher than the nearest competitor. The company is also one of two that surpassed the average Percentage of Positive Commentary. For overall functional strength ratings, Konica Minolta scored highest for uptime/product reliability and tied for highest image quality.
