Konica Minolta Earns Top-Rated CR Vendor in MD Buyline Report

January 28, 2009 – For the 14th straight quarter, Konica Minolta Medical Imaging was named the top rated CR vendor in MD Buyline's Computed Radiography (CR) User Satisfaction Report for the fourth quarter of 2008, said Konica Minolta.

Konica Minolta received the highest score of five vendors in each category and outpaced the nearest CR vendor by six-tenths of a point with a composite score of 9.3. In four of six categories, Konica Minolta’s scores increased while the remaining two continued steady, further distancing the company from the other CR vendors. System reliability received the highest individual score of 9.6, followed by service repair quality and system performance. Users interviewed by MD Buyline praised Konica Minolta CR systems for dependability, ease-of-use, image quality and improvements to throughput and efficiency.
