February 8, 2008 – Lincor Solutions Ltd. will showcase its MEDIVista digital patient entertainment and clinical access solution for patient bedsides at HIMSS 2008, Feb. 24-28 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

MEDIVista provides triple-play entertainment and information services to patients, as well as providing access to clinical applications such as electronic patient records and X-ray images for medical personnel to use at the point-of-care .

Lincor’s digital hospital enabling technology has more than 8,500 bedside solutions now deployed in more than 30 hospitals worldwide. Through the use of MEDIVista, patient well-being is enhanced by having access to familiar communication and entertainment services such as broadband, e-mail, TV, movies–on–demand, hospital specific content, interactive games and telephony. At the same time, hospital staff can utilize MEDIVista to enhance efficiency, safety and productivity through the ability to access clinical applications at the point-of-care.

Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ, recently signed an agreement to install the MEDIVista solution at its 397-bed facility.
