Oct. 3, 2025 — Gnosis for Her, a mobile breast health initiative redefining comfort and access in women's breast imaging, made its national debut this past weekend at Susan G. Komen's More Than Pink Walk in Newport Beach, Calif. More than 6,000 breast cancer survivors, loved ones, advocates and supporters had the opportunity to see the Mobile Care Unit up close, tour inside, and speak with the expert team behind the service.
Gnosis for Her is a mobile breast health initiative bringing high quality 3D breast CT directly into communities. Focused on comfort, clarity, and early detection, the service offers women a fast, non-invasive diagnostic option, without compression or pain.
The Gnosis for Her Mobile Care Unit features the Koning Vera Breast CT scanner, a 3D imaging innovation designed as an alternative to traditional mammography and diagnostic imaging like ultrasound. This technology provides 360-degree images without compression or discomfort, offering additional clarity in cases where mammograms are inconclusive or further evaluation is needed, greatly reducing the need for patient recalls. It is particularly beneficial for women with dense breast tissue, implants, abnormal findings, or other high-risk factors where conventional imaging may be limited.
"We built Gnosis for Her to meet women where they are, and to make breast imaging feel respectful, clear, and comfortable," said Matt Collins, CEO of Gnosis for Her. "So many women avoid annual mammograms because of fear or pain. Our approach turns that experience into one of empowerment and ease."
According to a study published in the Journal of the American College of Radiology, nearly 1 in 6 women report that discomfort has deterred them from obtaining a screening mammogram. Nationally, more than 297,000 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, yet far too many delay getting their exam due to discomfort or fear. For women who have postponed or avoided annual breast exams due to discomfort or fear with risk factors, Gnosis for Her offers a compassionate reentry point into essential care.
The Mobile Care Unit officially begins patient imaging in November, with promotional rates of $389–$449 and a standard service price of $499. Patients may seek reimbursement through insurance or FSA/HSA plans.

As Breast Cancer Awareness Month begins, the Gnosis for Her team will continue to introduce the Mobile Care Unit throughout Southern California with a series of community "Sip & See" events which are welcoming gatherings where guests can meet the care team, enjoy light refreshments, and tour the mobile care unit in a no-pressure environment. The next events will be held on Saturday, October 18th at Bella Terra during the Spooky Boo Vendor Pop-Up Market and the California Wine Fest at Pacific City, both located in Huntington Beach.
