September 29, 2009 – The National Consortium of Breast Centers, Inc. (NCBC) is calling the submission of abstracts for poster presentations at the NCBC’s 20th Annual Interdisciplinary Breast Center Conference to be held from March 21 – 24, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nev.
NCBC says this is an opportunity to share research, programs and special initiatives with others. More than 50 posters were presented at the 2009 conference and our goal is to continue this forward momentum with even more participation this year.
NCBC aims to facilitate discussion among contacts of the various centers and advance knowledge that will be useful to all conference attendees. Its Abstract Review Committee will review all submissions and the primary author or designee will be notified regarding acceptance for a poster display at the conference. All authors will be invited to discuss their results with conference guests during a Wine and Cheese Poster Reception on Sunday, March 21, 2010.
All abstracts will be peer reviewed and the author of the top-scoring abstract in each category will be invited to discuss their findings in an oral session during the conference.
