FUJIFILM’s Synapse 3.2.1 software, an extension of version 3.2, with a new Graphic User Interface (GUI), will be featured at SIIM 2008. GUI changes include increased use of color to help identify changes in information on the display, new icons and a contrast scheme designed for radiology viewing conditions. The software also includes quadrant zooming and common frame of reference (CFOR) navigation, allowing for window/leveling, zooming and mirror panning of linked images for full field digital mammography.

Other features include 3D integration for visualization of image volumes and patient/exam display synchronization with clinical information systems for critical data such as lab results.
