January 30, 2014 — Advanced Radiology Ltd. (ARL) implemented a teleradiology platform by eRAD, subsidiary of RadNet Inc., as part of its growth strategy.
ARL provides radiology interpretation services to Reno Diagnostic Centers and other healthcare operations in northern Nevada. ARL implemented eRAD PACS technology in March 2013, which is integrated with its customers' EMR and PACS systems to deliver medical reports.
PACS features speech recognition enabling radiologists to dictate directly into eRAD. The final report auto-forwards to a KellerMed server at the customer's location in its preferred workflow.
eRAD operates with single login and single password functions, and features DICOM tag morphing capabilities.
