June 11, 2008 - Imaging On Call LLC, a teleradiology provider has acquired NightVision Radiology Inc.
With the addition of NightVision, Imaging On Call (IOC) will increase its roster of physicians to 31 radiologists serving a growing and expanding base of U.S. hospitals and radiology practices.

IOC has completed the acquisition of NightVision and expects to completely combine operations by next month.
