March 7, 2007 - Merge Healthcare announced today the release of its Fusion PACS MX version 2.2 with native 64-bit processing that reportedly enables radiologists to overcome limitations on their computer systems' memory usage, to view, compare and manipulate larger studies than with today's most commonly used 32-bit technology.
